Pre-Paid Game Voucher Information
Delivery: You will receive a printable digital voucher (PDF) containing a unique code by email within 2 working days of your order.
⚠️ Please keep this code safe and confidential. It can only be used once for a booking made at www.escapenewport.co.uk.
Usage: The voucher can be redeemed towards any online booking for a Four-Player Game at The Escape Rooms Newport (www.escapenewport.co.uk).
Once the code has been used for a booking, it cannot be reissued, transferred, or amended.
All gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Expiry: The voucher must be redeemed (used on a booking) by 30th June 2027. The game date itself can be after this deadline, as long as the booking is made before it.

Our gift vouchers are currently created manually by a member of our team, so please allow up to 2 working days for email delivery.

"What if I want to bring extra players?" - Additional players can be added to any booked game up to a maximum of six persons. To amend your booking and pay the difference in price, email info@escapenewport.co.uk with at least 7 days notice prior to your game. Any players added after this time will pay a flat fee of £22 per person, to be paid at the venue, in advance of the game.
