Delivery: You will receive a printable digital voucher (PDF) containing a unique code by email within 2 working days of your order.

⚠️ Please keep this code safe and confidential. It can only be used once for a booking made at www.escapenewport.co.uk.

Usage: The voucher can be redeemed towards any online booking for a Six-Player Game at The Escape Rooms Newport (www.escapenewport.co.uk).

Once the code has been used for a booking, it cannot be reissued, transferred, or amended.

All gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Expiry: The voucher must be redeemed (used on a booking) by 30th June 2027. The game date itself can be after this deadline, as long as the booking is made before it.
