At The Escape Rooms Newport, we’re committed to building a genuinely flexible, collaborative team where every member feels supported, valued, and secure. We understand that people thrive in different ways, and so we aim to actively and consciously accommodate diverse needs and circumstances.
Every member of the creative team here have lived experience with neurodivergence, dynamic disabilities as well as outside caring responsibilities that sometimes have to take priority in life (some, all three!). We understand that when you live in a world not built for you, you become incredible, hard-working, creative problem solvers - because you have to!
We aim to create a team of like-minded individuals who perform at their best when given autonomy and flexibility. We know that with the right support and approach, the right candidates will become incredible assets to the team. We don't want to do things "just because that's how they've always been done" and we want to build the entire business around these principles.
